View in 3D has since been integrated across numerous shopping categories on the Amazon mobile app — a feature that started with shoes and scaled across the platform.
Originally conceived during my work on AR for Shoes, this feature emerged from a competitive benchmarking analysis my team conducted to identify the next highest-impact innovation in fashion discovery. Collaborating closely with a UX designer and our 3D scanning and engineering teams, we moved from concept to launch in under six weeks.
We launched across 120K shoe products, achieving +187bps purchase conversion (5.25% to 7.12%) and generating +$3.6MM in annualized revenue, with 80K+ weekly active users at peak. The speed, scale, and business impact of this feature helped establish 3D visualization as a core capability across Amazon Fashion.
